Intro & Description
A custom event marketing project, with a core focus on curated social media advertising.
Strategic support to align the on-sight operations with the digital coverage and advertising strategy, aimed at driving awareness for the Lobster Pop-Up hosted at Hotel St. Gotthard in the summer of 2025.
Project Goals
Looking to revamp its image and positioning in the busy Zürich scene, the Hotel’s team came up with a unique idea: to host a Lobster Rolls Pop-Up at its premises.
Known within the hospitality industry for its tradition and high standards, Hotel St. Gotthard was looking to get “back on the map” also for the locals (individuals and businesses alike) and the younger generations, to (re)become a point of interest and delight.
Enjoying a sunny terrace, an Italian-style bar and the oldest lobster and seafood restaurant in the city, the Hotel does not lack opportunities to entertain.
“Working with Ana Maria and Diana has always been pleasant and professional.
Through their creative execution and strong understanding of marketing, our projects were presented successfully and professionally. What stands out most is their reliability, flexibility, and quick response time.”
— Jana Carina Straub, Director of Sales & Marketing Collaboration & Next Steps
Pulled into the Lobster Pop-Up project a few weeks before its launch date, we enjoyed brainstorming with the team, and supporting them strategically as well as hands-on with the planning and execution of the digital advertising campaign across social media networks.
The pop-up was a great success, so much that now the hotel is known among the locals as “The Lobster Pop-Up” location.
The collaboration continues to date as Hotel St Gotthard rolls out regularly new exciting initiatives that require digital and marketing augmentation.
The contractual framework remains flexible, enabling the team to plug into the skills and experience we have at Journee contingent on the demand.
